MereChurch Add-Ons

Email – $250 setup (up to 5 users) + $10/mo. per user

Email hosting is not included automatically in our services. The overhead in terms of cost, technology, management, and support, would increase our hosting prices greatly, and would be a sub-par experience for all involved. Instead, we resell the best email hosting available: Google Suite. 

Cost: $150 setup (up to 5 users) + $10/mo. per user and includes 30GB storage space per user. Unlimited storage space is available per user for $10/mo. After Initial Setup it would be $50 per email setup + $10/mo per user.

What is a user? A user is defined as one personalized email address (you@yourcompany) with a unique login/inbox. Group email aliases such as sales@yourcompany and support@yourcompany which forward to other email addresses but do not have an inbox are included in pricing and don’t count as additional users.

More than just e-mail! Google Suite includes much more than just email. Cloud storage space, calendars, contacts, online documents, and much more are yours with this service! More details can be found at https://gsuite.google.com/

Branding / Logo Design – $2,500

Simple brand package. Logo, typography, and font choices. Three variations will be presented, two rounds of feedback/revision are included.  Deliverables are .ai and .eps files for your use, and files exported to PNG for use on the site. Fonts in the .ai will be converted to vectors, and licenses to the fonts may need to be purchased separately in order for you to have a copy to use for other purposes. Free (Google Fonts) alternatives will be listed.

Google Analytics Setup – $250

A guided phone call with one of our team members. We set up a web analytics account with Google on your behalf, and integrate it into your new MereChurch website. Useful if you dont already have a Google Analytics account and want extra help getting started!

Email Newsletter Setup – $250

We set up your sermon feed to integrate with an automated MailChimp feed email, so that you can build a mailing list that will receive automatic updates when you post a new sermon. This is useful if you dont want extra help getting started with Mailchimp emails.

Automated Content Import – $5/sermon

You provide data in a structured, approved format that our import tool can handle, and we take care of importing your entire sermon backlog. 

Manual Content Import is also available if you dont have or dont want to organize your data in a structure format, but is quoted on a case-by-case basis. Contact our team and we can get you a custom data migration quote that fits your requirements.

Additional Web Domains – $15/yr/each

If you have more domains that you want to redirect to your website beyond your one, included domain.
