This document outlines the terms for clients using our Content Entry Service. This service is designed to help you keep your website content fresh and accurate with minimal effort on your end. By submitting requests for content updates, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Submitting Requests

All content updates must be submitted via email to: updates@mereagency.com
To ensure updates can be processed quickly, please include:
- The specific link to the page or section needing the update
- The exact text, images, or files to be changed
Please do not include any special formatting or layout instructions – we will make sure everything looks great!
You may submit unlimited content update requests under this service. Requests are processed one at a time in the order received. A “request” may include multiple related updates to a single page or section.

Scope of Service

This service covers content changes only (text, images, links, file uploads). We intend for clients to use it primarily for adding weekly content regularly, such as sermons, blog posts, resources, and events.
Updates are limited to existing pages on WordPress. Swapping text or images is included. Full page builds/rebuilds on WordPress are not included in this service (New pages can be added on the Studio platform as needed).
Codebase changes (custom development, plugin adjustments, or advanced design modifications) are not included, but can be quoted and billed on an hourly basis.

Turnaround Time

Updates are typically completed within 48–72 hours. Complex updates or missing information may cause additional delays.

The service includes up to 2 hours of content updates per month. Additional work beyond the monthly cap may be quoted and billed separately.

Fair Use & Discretion

All requests must fall within the intended scope of this service. We reserve the right to determine whether a request requires additional scope, time, or billing.
