Splash and Sprout Service Policies

These Terms of Service apply specifically to clients on the Toolkit Splash and Toolkit Sprout website plans. By subscribing to either plan, you agree to the following terms:

1. Content Update Limitations

To serve all of our clients well, we limit our content updates as follows:

Splash and Sprout sites are limited to four (4) content update requests per month.

  • A "content update" is defined as any request to change text, images, files, or links on an existing page or section of your site.
  • Updates that exceed this limit may be deferred to the following month or may require an upgrade to the Bloom plan.

2. Page Limits

Each plan includes a predefined maximum number of pages:

  • Splash Plan: Up to 1 page
  • Sprout Plan: Up to 5 pages
    • A “page” is defined as a navigable destination on your site with its own unique content and URL path (e.g., /about, /contact).

3. Upgrade Requirements (Moving to Bloom)

To keep your website streamlined and efficient, some features are only available on our Bloom plan. If you require any of the following, you will need to upgrade:

  • A sermon library (audio, video, or written)
  • An events calendar with recurring or time-based listings
  • A blog or other long-form content section with multiple entries
  • More than the included number of pages (1 on Splash, 5 on Sprout)

4. General Platform Terms

  • All websites are subject to the existing Master Services Agreement between Client and Mere.
  • We reserve the right to review and suggest upgrades if your content or functionality needs exceed the scope of the Splash or Sprout plans.
